My Edinburgh show is getting some nice reviews…
Firstly a 4 star review in the Daily Telegraph. Thank you Dominic Cavendish, you are clearly a journalist of supreme intellect, taste and sense of humour.
“Carries the magnificent bravado of youth that will hold Generation X-ers and anyone nostalgically inclines in a state of happy reverie.’
And the very nice David Hepburn from The Scotsman described it as ‘charmingly ramshackle catnip’
Meanwhile Fiona Sturgess from the same paper celebrated my ‘tender tale of interspieces love’. She was talking about early Pointy Birds classic and future Xmas number one ‘Married to a Squirrel’
And finally, profound words from Alex Copeland in Entertainment Now who said the show was ‘ a camp fire tale of hope, dreams and failures with a lesson for us all – if its fun, it’s worth doing.’
Wow!. He’s right.
